Self-Sufficiency
Current approaches to fighting poverty, at both the national and local level, often address the symptoms rather than the causes of poverty.
While these programs provide critical temporary benefits to those facing hardship, they are limited in their ability to provide a permanent solution to poverty.
In an effort to find effective long term-solutions, LEO partners with innovative service providers who provide comprehensive services as opposed to siloed programs.
Featured projects include the Padua Program, an intensive case management program that provides participants with individualized service plans and financial supports.
