Why LEO?

"I was originally connected with LEO through my work at a homelessness services provider in Atlanta, GA. I’ve always had relatively distinct passions for poverty alleviation and empirical research but never been able to join the two on a regular basis. At LEO, I’m able to combine data and evidence-based findings with work that strengthens dignity in our communities. By combining the two, I work alongside our partners to connect the dots between their data, how it impacts them, and how they can share it with their community."

Bio

Ryan is the Dissemination Associate serving on the Policy & Impact team. He works with providers to share the impact of their results through research briefs and presentations, and supports the greater P&I team with policy, replication, and scaling efforts. Ryan earned his B.A. in Psychology & Poverty Studies from Furman University and M.S. in Urban Analytics from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
