Bio

As a Research Design Manager, Paul leads social service providers and researchers in designing scientific evaluation methods to better understand and unleash effective poverty interventions. He earned a B.A. in Psychology with a minor in International Economic Development from the University of Arkansas. While in undergrad he co-founded The Quispicanchi Project, an international nonprofit supporting rural and indigenous communities in Peru. Paul continued at the University of Arkansas, where he earned a Master of Science in Economic Analytics, receiving training in causal inference and applied microeconomics.
