Grace Ortuzar is a Senior Research Associate at the Wilson Sheehan Lab for Economic Opportunities (LEO). In this role, she works to identify viable research projects and manage active impact evaluations in the issue areas of homelessness prevention, health care, criminal justice, and education. Grace is currently working on Santa Clara County Rapid Re-Housing and Stay the Course, two large-scale impact evaluations in the fields of homelessness assistance and community college education respectively. Prior to joining LEO, she worked at Acción Emprendedora, a local NGO in Santiago, Chile dedicated to supporting low-income entrepreneurs. Before that, she spent two years at RTI International in Boston as a research analyst. Grace graduated from Indiana University in the spring of 2014 with a B.A. in Economics and Political Science.
