Why LEO?

"I am passionate about utilizing research to effect positive change, and I believe that our society must do more to fight poverty and allow everyone to live with dignity. At LEO, I am a part of a dynamic and passionate team all working towards this common goal of ending poverty, and I am inspired by the possibility of our work directly influencing policy and improving the lives of the most vulnerable."

Bio

Arik is currently managing and working on a variety of projects evaluating housing, workforce development, and after-school programs. He enjoys applying his quantitative skills to solve research problems, impacting meaningful change along the way. Arik earned a B.S. in Mathematics, Economics, and Spanish Literature, Languages, and Culture at Marquette University.
