Bio

Andrew is a Ph.D. student in Economics at the University of Notre Dame. Before joining the Ph.D. program, Andrew worked as a data analyst at the Office of Economic and Manpower Analysis at the United States Military Academy, supporting both academic research for the economics department and human capital management related policy work for the US Army. Prior to OEMA, Andrew served as an Americorps fellow teaching high school math and science for a year in Newark New Jersey. Andrew holds a B.A in Economics and Mathematics from Case Western Reserve University.
