Bio
Andrea came to LEO from Results for America, where she assisted state and local governments across the country in centering evidence and data in program, funding, and policy decisions. She brings more than a decade of direct experience working in partnership with public, private, and nonprofit leaders to design and implement results-driven economic mobility programs that improved outcomes for families and communities in Ohio and Indiana.
Andrea is a Results-Based Accountability Certified Professional. She received her Master of Public Administration from Columbia Southern University, a Bachelor of General Studies with a focus in Social and Behavioral Sciences from Indiana University, and an Associate of Arts from The Ohio State University.
