Stay the Course, which launched at Tarrant County College’s Trinity River campus in 2013, was created in partnership with Catholic Charities Fort Worth and the Wilson Sheehan Lab for Economic Opportunities at the University of Notre Dame, to explore how case management can help low-income students succeed in college.
