Research by LEO's Jim Sullivan Highlighted in Real Clear Policy article on Data and Poverty

Fundamental to the work that LEO does is the use of data to improve understanding of anti-poverty programs.  In a recent article for Real Clear Policy, Robert Doar, Morgridge Fellow of Poverty Studies at the American Enterprise Institute articulates the importance of using administrative data to most accurately evaluate and improve programs to best improve outcomes for those living in poverty.  He cites the work of LEO’s Dr. Sullivan, among others, as an example of research that improves the understanding of the impact of poverty programming and informs policy.  Read the article here
