This month, LEO research associates, Andrea Ringer and Grace Ortuzar, attended the Catholic Charities 2018 Annual Gathering in Buffalo, NY. Andrea presented with Natalie Lecy from Catholic Social Services Rapid City, South Dakota on how agencies can prepare to generate top-tier evidence of impact. LEO has partnered with CSS Rapid City to conduct a randomized controlled trial of the Uplifting Parents Program. The goal of this program is to assist lower-income single parents to acquire the education needed to become financially sustainable, and provide stability and opportunity for their children.
