Bio

Ana is part of a dynamic team at LEO dedicated to transforming evidence into actionable outcomes. Her steadfast commitment to enhancing the lives and well-being of historically marginalized communities is a consistent driver in her professional endeavors. With a BA from Bethel College and an MPH from Yale University, Ana brings over 15 years of experience in the nonprofit sector to her role. Her career spans many focus areas, including community development, health, and education. Outside of her professional life, Ana is happily married, has two fantastic children who keep her on her toes, and loves to travel.
