I'm humbled, honored, and proud to be a part of LEO and support the work that is done here.  

Bio

As Associate Director of Administration, Phil oversees the personnel, finance, and systems of LEO. Phil's background as an entrepreneur comes in handy while wearing these different hats! Phil is on track to finish his Executive MBA from the University of Notre Dame in May of 2024.
