At LEO, I get to analyze policy and anti-poverty programs and help identify the most effective course to improve outcomes for those experiencing poverty."
Blanca works with Professor Rob Collinson on public housing and housing policy research. She was a Hot Metal Bridge Economics Fellow at the University of Pittsburgh. Before transitioning into economics, Blanca worked as a reporter in California. She holds a Sc.B. in neuroscience from Brown University. Her research interests include labor and public economics.
