In May, LEO Associate Director of Research, Policy, and Communication Dr. Fulcher Dawson presented to the Research Advisory Group for the State of Indiana's Management Performance Hub (MPH). MPH is a state run data warehouse that links state level administrative data for use by agencies and researchers. Rachel presented about LEO's work and how important it is to be able to utilize data centers like MPH to achieve LEO's goal of building evidence of programs that improve lives and reduce poverty.
