LEO focuses its impact evaluations on innovative and scalable initiatives that have the potential to reduce domestic poverty. LEO utilizes evaluation results to inform programming and influence public policy in the areas of Criminal Justice, Self-Sufficiency, Education, Health, and Housing and Homelessness. By primarily focusing on these five areas, LEO seeks to efficiently reduce poverty and improve lives.
