Kathleen Kuka is an Associate Director at the Wilson Sheehan Lab for Economic Opportunities (LEO) at the University of Notre Dame. She oversees the operations and strategic planning processes of LEO. Prior to joining LEO, Kathleen worked for an organizational development consulting firm that serves nonprofit organizations. She provided consulting and training in the areas of fundraising, Board development, program development, program evaluation, and grant-writing. Her consulting clients ranged from small, grassroots nonprofit agencies to large, international NGOs. Earlier in her career, Kuka worked as a CPA in the audit division of Arthur Andersen, LLP where she served publicly traded clients in the Consumer Services division as well as Healthcare and Nonprofit entities. She also worked in the Finance department of Blue Cross Blue Shield of North Carolina. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from the University of Notre Dame and a Masters in Public Affairs from Indiana University.
