LEO Conducts Research Across Several Policy Focus Areas
LEO focuses its evaluations on innovative and scalable initiatives that have the potential to reduce domestic poverty. Our current evaluations span a wide range of anti-poverty initiatives. As the Wilson Sheehan Lab for Economic Opportunities grows, the scope of our projects and their corresponding policy focus areas will continue to expand as well.
Current Policy Focus Areas Include
- Housing - stable, safe, and healthy living situations
- Health - improved health outcomes
- Education - improved success in education from early childhood to adulthood
- Self-Sufficiency - moving adults and families to long-term stability
